When you submit the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, project requirements, quantities, destination and any optional budget or artwork link. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send through that service.

Please do not send sensitive personal data, identity documents or payment details in the form, notes or artwork links.

Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• Respond to your inquiry and clarify the project brief.
• Prepare quotes, sample plans and production follow-up.
• Keep inquiry records and prevent misuse of the site.
• Meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for unrelated advertising.
