Embroidery for durable brand marks
Flat embroidery is the workhorse for cap logos. It handles text and solid shapes well and keeps its appearance through regular wear. 3D puff embroidery adds height and works best with simple, bold shapes.
Very small text, thin lines and gradients need simplification or a different method. Ask for a sample when the artwork is detailed.
Printing for fine detail and color
Heat transfer, screen print and sublimation can reproduce finer detail and gradients than embroidery. The surface, hand-feel and durability differ by method and fabric.
Printing is often useful for colorful event artwork or all-over patterns. Confirm how the print behaves on the chosen cap material before bulk production.
Patches, labels and mixed decoration
Woven, embroidered, chenille, leather and PVC patches create a more constructed look. A woven label or metal badge can support a premium direction.
Mixed decoration can combine a patch with embroidery or a printed side mark. Keep the hierarchy clear and confirm every element on the sample.
