Golf and event caps are worn in photos, on the course and after the event. The best programs balance a clean club identity with a comfortable, lightweight construction.

Choose the shape for the event

A rope golf cap, a performance cap and a visor each serve a different purpose. Rope caps feel more traditional; performance caps suit hot weather and active play; visors leave the crown open.

For a tournament, decide whether every player receives the same cap or whether men's and women's fits, colors or sizes need to be split.

Keep the logo clear at a distance

A front embroidery or a clean side mark reads well in event photography. Avoid very small lettering and confirm thread colors against the cap fabric.

If the event has multiple sponsors, agree the hierarchy and placement before sampling so the main club mark remains dominant.

Plan the event deadline backwards

Start with the event date, then work back through delivery, inspection, production and sample approval. Leave time for a pre-production sample if the artwork or colors are new.

Share the final quantity, size split and destination early. A tournament order often has a fixed date, so the sample and bulk schedule should be confirmed together.
